Stonebridge Developments has teamed up with G&E Homes and KNH Sawatzky for the construction of this project. G&E Homes has built more than 700 homes in south eastern Manitoba, and KNH is a successful engineering firm in Winnipeg. Both G&E and KNH bring a unique toolset to the team and over the last 20 years have worked together on many condo developments.
